First Light Plus is billed through your Apple Account. To manage, cancel, or check a subscription, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The Protect Your Attention feature uses Apple's Screen Time framework. Your app selections never leave your device. If blocking ever behaves unexpectedly, you can adjust or turn it off any time inside First Light, or review permissions under Settings › Screen Time.
